Fabulous location, high-end quality accommodation
Minutes away from JLT metro and tram - and all the amenities of the Marina (Mall, Waitrose and Carrefour) La Riviera is a wonderfully well managed apartment block. Its roof-top swimming pool, gym and jacuzzi is one of the best in Dubai with stunning views of the Marina. Highly recommended.
Amazing location
Great building with great facilities. Walking distance to metro, tram, marina mall, yacht club. Prices are good too. Apartments have good layouts. Nice lobby.

Living in Dubai Marina
Dubai Marina has always been my favorite area to live in and finally I am able to look for a new apartment in this area, I am hold back by the huge amount of traffic in the morning and after work time.

Great building, nice people and environment. Currently a little bit noisy due to construction behind block A
