Ritaj is a unique project designed to bring quality yet affordable residential space. Strategically located, it gives easy access to Dubai, Jebel Ali and Abu Dhabi. Ritaj consists of shops, a supermarket and a mosque. Other facilities like Gym, swimming pool and covered car parking are available. Indeed this is one of the best apartment communities in Dubai.

Ritaj is one of the best communities which a lot of people do not know. I like it because it is quiet with high security and no traffic at all coming and going from and to work.

Have been leasing a one bedroom apartment in ritaj. The ameneties are excellent. The community itself is great, however, its location could have been better. the owners, DIRC, are taking care of the property well. It has exits to both 311 and 611. Moreover, it all extends to lahbaab road. It has accessibilty to groceries shops schools etc and is close to the new airport snd the much awaited expo site. Overall a good property for stay, especially if working within the DIP region.
