The Residences 9 - Large 3 Bed Apartment
The Residences 9 has excellent facilities, best pool and gym out of all The Residence towers. It has the largest 3 bedroom plans. There are only two apartments per floor, therefor you never wait long for an elevator. Excellent location in Downtown. Easy access in and out of residence parking. Visitors can park for free in the underground Carpark 1 on the Boulevard right outside Tower 9. The 01 apartments have a full Burj Khalifa and fountain view. This side is also more quiet compared to the 02 apartments which face the Boulevard.
