Zubaidi Building

Very well maintained and managed building. Security and maintenance staff are supportive. Laid back management who don't look into the issues. Spacious 2 and 3 bed room apartments which also includes a maid room. Decent car park. The location is near the Metro station, super markets and restaurants. Chiller free. We noticed some huge flaws only after moving in. Some floor tiles are bulged causing a feeling like walking on a wood board; this caused us problems with the neighbors below. If you have kids who have just started to walk or kids who play inside the house, you might have to check the flooring 10 times before you move in. Kitchen cupboards and bathroom fittings are not great since this building is over 10 years old. Better check these before you move in to any of the apartments in this building.
