Damac Hills 2 is a well designed master community, its quiet far from the city to commute, but has alot of activities within the community itself, great for family living

Family friendly environment with a community feel. More green park areas, playgrounds, swimming pool areas for kids and families to enjoy. Pet friendly. It is little far from the city centre and does not have bus or metro facility yet but great for families who love peaceful community living. Many important places are reachable in a short drive from this community.

Mimosa's location is very close to all community amenities and to the entry gate. So there is no traffic near this cluster. Also it is very well gatted, secured and safe. Damac Hills 2 is the biggest community in UAE with all the amenities and facilities to enjoy.

Mimosa is a good cluster like others in Damac Hills 2. But in the single row villas facing to gatepass office, there is a dewa building and treatment plant. There is always bad smell and noice from this buildings. Most of the time you are not able to sit and enjoy because of this bad smell and noice.
