In the modern business bay district ,near to the metro and the dubai mall ,provide with flat screen ,wifi,mini fridge, nespresso machines, 2 restaurants, 2 bars,also a SPA ,outdoor pool and a gym
Leaks/noise/high AC bills
The pool area looks amazing but the pool is quite dirty. The vents are full of hair and there’s a layer of black in the ridges of the pool.
The AC bills are high. ISTA is the provider and the rates are 3 times the rates elsewhere. There are leaks that cannot be explained, in maintenance own words ‘we are responding to leaks everyday’.
Best high rise in Business Bay and downtown area.
Beautiful towers in quite uncrowded area, well maintained top quality service.
