The pool area looks amazing but the pool is quite dirty. The vents are full of hair and there’s a layer of black in the ridges of the pool. The AC bills are high. ISTA is the provider and the rates are 3 times the rates elsewhere. There are leaks that cannot be explained, in maintenance own words ‘we are responding to leaks everyday’.

Beautiful towers in quite uncrowded area, well maintained top quality service.
