Golden Sand Building

Golden Sands have the best management and policies to provide a good family environment for all tenants. Maintenance is also the best in the area, renting here was the right decision for us. The privilege kit is also very useful for discounted rent-a-car, furniture and all their group hotels for F&B.

Its not a usable property AT ALL...regretting it big time. Think twice before finalizing the property. The owners are not genuine here and are least bother for their tenants.

An affordable place to stay for a bachelor like me. I am in Dubai for the past 4 years. This place is one of the reasons why I love to Stay in Dubai. Near to all places.

In my 5 years in Dubai, I was peacefully and comfortably staying in my second home in Golden Sands Apartment. It is very convenient to all groceries, mall's and night Life. I never felt alone and lonely in Golden Sands. The staff are very approachable, higher quality in maintenance. Community Friendly Place!

The room is beyond my expectation. I've been living here for 5 years and everything is just perfect. Facility wise and location as it is very accessible to shops, malls, and hospitals. My kids love the place and its a really friendly and family-oriented community.
