The place is cozy, there’s a good waiting area in the lobby. The place is safe for all nationality. The building is new and guards are attentive. There’s also a good ventilation in every balcony.

Easily accessible and very spacious balcony and apartment, ac is the best compared to other buildings in tecom, not over crowded but not recommended for family with children. The park is a good 15min walk and metro. The bus stop is near by.

this building was good initially, was meant for family, but now filled with bachelors, labour and house maids, massage parlours in the building, no maintenance, gym is pathetic, none of the equipment's are working, pool is shut down and very dirty, no cleaning in the building, call the maintenance a hundred times but no response, garbage chutes are in bad state and permanent stench in the corridors
