We've been living here for almost 3 years now. The building's location is near to every basic necessity like grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, and it's just a few minutes away from Mall of the Emirates. The streets around the building is peaceful, you can't even hear what's happening outside when you're inside the building. Security is 24/7 and guards are roaming in a timely manner. The main doors of the building also has a pass code. Parking space is also great with proper lighting. Maintenance service for the building is on a different level, everything is done on schedule and with good quality. Overall this is a great family building and would highly recommend. That's why it is hard to get a vacant slot here, the building is always full.
