This is a great community with park, food trucks, and a lot of cafes. You would feel like you are in a premium Dubai community, and it's much more peaceful and modern than that. Also, E311 is easily accessible, as is Zahia City Centre. Compared to the Sharjah norm, the rents are a bit on the high side.
