Living in Palm Jumeirah offers a unique island lifestyle, but it comes with significant trade-offs in connectivity, which ranks lowest due to the lack of direct Metro access and a reliance on the Monorail and private cars. While the community is moderately family-friendly with decent greenery and walking paths near Al Ittihad Park, the experience is often dampened by high noise and heavy traffic levels. It is a prestigious address for those prioritizing beach access and luxury, but day-to-day commuting and local congestion remain the biggest challenges for residents.

Adriatic is simply the best building in Oceana. As it is furthest out it towards the sea the views are superior versus the other buildings better also than the views from the Southern building especially due to the construction along the shoreline and at Emaar Beachfront. It is also not at all disturbed by the Seven which blocks views from Baltic, Aegean and Southern. Oceana remains one of the most attractive communities on the Palm Jumeirah. I would have rated the pool area 5 but give it a 4 due to hotel guests that can make the area crowded. The community restaurant Ula has raised the bar quite a bit versus its predecessor which was dated and needed an upgrade

The building is excellently positioned, well maintained and overall is a great place to live. Minus points are a poor attitude of facility management company and movenpic guests using pool and facilities as if it were a hotel.
