About Dubai Arch
Standing at 153 meters tall, Dubai Arch is a 40-storey skyscraper located in Cluster G, JLT. It’s the only tower that provides residential units out of the three towers in cluster G, as the other two are commercial buildings. Yet despite being primarily residential, Dubai Arch also has some offices and retail spaces.
Dubai Arch Tower offers hundreds of units including studios, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments as well as 4 bedroom duplex penthouses. The freehold project was developed by Aber Group, construction began in 2005 and was completed in 2009.

Studio apartments come with all of the above features, along with spacious layouts. 1 bedroom apartments have a large hall, and 1 or 2 bathrooms depending on the layout. 2-bedroom apartments have 2 bathrooms, while 3 bedroom apartments have 4 bathrooms and a maid’s room.
The 4 bedroom penthouses are available in a duplex configuration and feature 4 bedrooms, a maid’s room and spacious balconies.
