About Marina Pinnacle
Marina Pinnacle, also known as Tiger Tower, is located in Dubai Marina. It was developed by Tiger Properties and Emaar, who completed it in 2011 and started the handovers in July 2011. The tower is among the tallest 50 buildings in Dubai and one of the tallest in the UAE.
The Marina Pinnacle building is 280m (919 ft) tall and consists of 66 floors, with three levels for underground parking. The tower contains 748 units, including a variety of high-rise apartments ranging from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom properties for sale and rent, making them suitable for a wide demographic. It also has a wide range of amenities that make residents call it home.
