You can reach malls in Marina & Palm Jumeira to Mall of the Emirates in less than 10mins. Similarly quick accessibility to beaches of JBR & Jumeirah. Barsha Heights is well planned community for both residents and commercial.

This building is worse management ever I have experienced 15 min que to catch the lift in morning same as afternoon and evening they should manage traffic by adjusting 2 lift for above 12 floor and other 2 lifts for upto 12th floor to control traffic. I believe this will taken as Good suggestions and one day they will understand our problem.
