How to Apply for ADDC’s Recycled Water Service
To apply for recycled water connection, ADDC recommends engaging with an approved contractor first. The contractors can depart crucial knowledge as applications are technical.

- Connection request letter from the property owner.
- The new chamber’s detailed drawing features a ladder, reinforcements, and proposed fitting materials.
- The new flowmeter chamber’s detailed drawing.
- Daily consumption demand for irrigation.
- Detailed water site layout featuring irrigation storage tank details.
- The ADM affection plan shows all selected connection points.
- Water planning data.
- Site responsibility schedule.
Reviewing and Further Application
After the application, ADDC reviews the application and makes further assessments. These are made based on the availability of recycled water. The processing time varies case by case. However, Abu Dhabi Distribution Company responds to customers in a timely manner.
After approval, customers should apply for a ‘Supervision for recycled water connection’ request. The application is sent via email with the following important documents at contactcentre@addc.ae:

- RFC documents
- An ADM affection plan for selected connection points
- Submission of materials
