In Abu Dhabi, affordability is found across the city. Al Ghadeer tops the list for apartments where you can get an apartment for less than AED 1,000 per sqft and under half a million dirhams. Al Reef, Al Reem Island and Al Raha Beach also make the list offering a number of options. As for villas and townhouses in Abu Dhabi, various zones in Hydra Village have properties under AED 1 million and overall, all but one area have properties under AED 2 million.
