- Map of the indemnified land plot from Dubai Municipality
- UAE ID (land owners, UAE citizens, and expatriates)
- Copies of Calid passports non-resident for owners
The Procedure to Request Land Indemnity
You can file for a total or partial land indemnity in Dubai by visiting the DLD service centre. Moreover, the whole process takes just 25 minutes. Follow these steps to request land insurance:
- You have to visit the Customer Happiness Centre at the main building of the Dubai Land Department.
- Hand over all the necessary documents to an employee after ensuring no missing documents.
