- Open “Real Estate” and select “Tafweet Create Property Title Deed.”
- Login and start the process.
Tafweet Process
The Tafweet process is also fairly simple. Check out the following steps in order to complete the process:
- Sign up for the RAK Municipality Portal using your RAK Government Portal Account.
- Submit a request to initiate an investigation by filling out an online form and attaching the required documents.
- Pay the required fee.
- The appropriate department will then verify the specified property and conduct a site inspection.
- Once approved, the property owner will be notified and will receive a new site plan upon approval of their request.
