House Rules for SuperPark in Dubai
There are some house rules to follow inside the premises, which are the following:
- It is advisable to arrive 15-30 minutes before the session to avoid crowding.
- Tickets and wristbands are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not for resale.
- You must read and acknowledge the waiver form before entering the premises.
- Children under 100 cm in height must be accompanied by a guardian (aged 21 years & above) with a regular ticket.
- You must wear athletic and activewear to stay comfortable during the activities.
- The clothing should be plain and simple with no belt buckles, protruding hairpieces, or studs on them.
- For some activities, guests should empty their pockets and keep them in the park lockers.
- All electronics, mobile devices, and other handheld objects are prohibited on the trampoline mats and padding.
- Every guest should wear grip socks in the activity area, sold separately at the ticket counter.

SuperPark in Dubai is located on the first floor of the City Centre of Mirdif. There are three ways to get to the mall:
Public Transport
You can reach the city centre easily by public transportation, as Mirdif has its dedicated bus stop. Bus lines 367 and F10 stop directly at the mall. Nearby stops include:
