Overview of The Souq Ramadan
This souq started on January 25 and will continue till February 22. It is more than just shopping; it’s an experience that brings communities together. It is one of the best souks in Dubai and pays honour to the city’s rich cultural heritage. It offers a glimpse into the traditional markets that have long been a part of Emirati history.
Asem Al Qassim, Director of the Architectural Heritage and Antiquities Department at Dubai Municipality said the souq is among the most prominent traditional Ramadan celebrations. It is proven that the traditional markets in Dubai continue to thrive serving as both a shopping destination and a major tourist attraction.
