The Sharjah Equestrian and Racing Club is a destination where passion for horses meets world-class sport. Established in 1982 with the help of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Ruler of Sharjah, SERC is the first equestrian club in the UAE. Ever since its establishment, it has been a pillar in nurturing the growth of equestrian sports throughout the region.

As a pioneer in the UAE’s equestrian landscape, SERC organised the nation’s first official flat race in 1983 and continues to raise the bar for horse racing, training, and showmanship. 1. Show Jumping

3. Flat Racing
Sharjah’s racetrack, constructed to international standards, is a milestone in UAE horse racing history. The inaugural official flat race was held here in 1983. SERC continues to hold thrilling flat races with top-class thoroughbreds and Arabian horses.
