Here’s how you can pay SEWA bills using the online payment gateways:

SEWA E-Services Portal

The SEWA E-Services Portal is an online platform for account management. You can pay your bills using a credit or debit card. However, this portal is not only one of the SEWA bill payment method but offers various functionalities related to your SEWA account, including:

  • Managing account details

  • Settling bills for one or more accounts
  • See current and past bills separately for each account

How to Register for SEWA e-Services Portal

  1. Open a web browser and go to the SEWA website: https://www.sewa.gov.ae/en/
  2. Click on the ‘Register’ button on the top right corner of the webpage
  3. On the User Registration page, choose between ‘Residential’ & ‘Commercial/Industrial’
  4. Enter all the required details with each step
  5. Click ‘Submit’
  6. Go to your email inbox to find the activation email sent by SEWA
  7. Click the activation link to activate your account

Please note that EPAY only accepts full payments, so partial settlements aren’t possible. Additionally, if you choose to pay with a credit card, a 1.25% processing fee will be added to your total bill to cover the credit card transaction cost.
