  1. Open the Dubai REST app, then go to settings from the bottom tab or click the profile icon at the top right to log in
  2. Choose your role as an Individual and verify your identity by selecting an option to receive an OTP on your registered email or mobile number
  3. From your real estate portfolio, pick the property you want to sell
  4. View the property details and click the three dots icon at the bottom right. This will open Property Services 
  5. Choose the Sell a Property option from the menu
  6. Check your ownership percentage and click “Continue” to proceed
  7. Add the required photos of the property
  8. Enter your bank account details for where the sale amount transfer
  9. Enter the buyer’s information using their UAE ID or passport and click Send
  10. Note the booking reference number as you’ll need it to proceed. You can check your order status in My Orders
