When the car enters a multistorey car parking zone, the camera captures the car number plate. Motorists can then settle the parking fee within 48 hours. That said, you will incur a fine if you don’t pay the parking fee on time.

If you delay the parking payment, you will incur parking fines, just like traffic fines in Dubai. You can pay these fines using the following steps:
- Enter the following details:
- Emirate
- Plate Category, Code, Number
- Or you can enter the details about your driving licence in Dubai to pay parking fines.
- Also, you can add a traffic code number or fine number instead of the other two details.
Get a Parking Subscription
Simply get a parking subscription to relieve yourself from regular hassle. First, choose from the two subscription options:
- Plots only (Zone B and Zone D in Dubai) – Starting at AED 250 per month
- Roadside and plot parking (Zone A, B, C, and D) – Starting from AED 500 per month
After choosing the plan, log into the app using the UAE Pass or RTA ID. Pay the required fees and enter the relevant details to complete the subscription.
