I won this month’s Outstanding Agent Award for Dubai thanks to a client who bought a duplex and three 3-bedroom apartments in The Address Sky Views in Downtown Dubai. The total purchase price of these units is AED 66 million.
Tell our audience THREE things that set you apart from other agents and why should they give YOU a call when looking for a property in Dubai?
- My expertise in my specialised area, which is Jumeirah Lakes Towers – Commercial sets me apart from other agents as I have been working and focusing on this area for over 14 years and I know every single detail of the towers as well as unit owners.
- I make sure that I am updated with the current real estate market in Dubai, especially in my specialised area. I know the price trends for renting and buying commercial units in JLT very well, and how investors can get the best rental returns.
- The most important factor is my personal connection with clients, owners, landlords, buyers and tenants. It is consistent and I never lose contact with them. I always assure that I deliver quality service to my clients and extend after-sale service too.
What is the ONE piece of advice you’d give to agents who are new in the market or are struggling to close deals?
Learn to focus and specialised in your area. In this current real estate market, we need to be knowledgeable and competitive. Persistence and knowledge is the key to close deals.
