I closed two sales deals worth AED 1.3 million last month as well as 11 rent deals worth AED 530,500.

What is the ONE piece of advice you’d give to agents who are new in the market or are struggling to close deals?
Product knowledge and market knowledge are very important. Before entering into the market, any new agent/broker has to know what they are dealing with. The client can ask you any question and an agent should be ready to provide any clarifications. Research the market and products well before making the first call.
