Congratulations! Tell our audience about your latest achievement, which is the reason why you won this month’s Outstanding Agent Award for Abu Dhabi.
Firstly, I would like to start by deeply thanking my Manager and Team Leader for nominating me for this award; I am very fortunate to have such an amazing and selfless managerial, as well as an administrative team.
And secondly, thank you Property Finder for making the portal so user-friendly, swift and accurate!
My latest achievement was being able to lease 19 residential units for a client in one of the towers Three60 Real Estate exclusively manages the leasing of in Reem Island. Both I and my managers were met with lots of pressure and hurdles to close the business deal, but rising to the occasion and keeping our chins up is what we do! The deal required lots of talking and walking but we did it!

- I pride myself in maintaining professionalism at all times, so that’s number one.
- Two; I am annoyingly organised and hands-on.
- And three, I’m gloriously smiley! Joining Three60 Real Estate two years ago with no experience whatsoever in the industry, I’m now well aware of the products in the market and I will always complete a transaction with patience and transparency. For all this, I think any audience should give me a call when seeking out a property in Abu Dhabi.
What is the ONE piece of advice you’d give to agents who are new in the market, or are struggling to close their deals?
Know your product and be absolutely patient. Simply said.
How long have you been using Property Finder? What are the THREE key benefits you see from being Property Finder’s client, and how do you use them to your advantage, as an agent?
Two years now, since I joined Three60 Real Estate. Again, Property Finder is truly user-friendly, the interface is smooth going, and being able to know the statistics and quality of my listings is a huge advantage. What does winning the Outstanding Agent award mean to you, and why would you recommend others to enter?
Well, winning this award is a bit of publicity for me and for Three60 Real Estate; it reflects the efficiency of the team. And I always say, “No publicity equals bad publicity!” This award will feature our services further in the market and again and again, I am really quite fortunate to win.
