Congratulations! Tell our audience about your latest achievement, which is the reason why you won this month’s Outstanding Agent Award for Abu Dhabi.
I have sold four villas in Al Reef, one apartment in Al Reef, one villa in Golf Gardens, one townhouse in Al Raha Gardens, and one apartment in Al Raha Beach with the total sales amount of AED 16,510,000.
Tell our audience THREE things that set you apart from other agents and why they should give YOU a call when looking for a property in Abu Dhabi?
Transparent – For me, the most important thing about my work is gaining my clients’ trust. To keep their trust I make sure that I am transparent and honest with all my dealings and communication with my clients. Being transparent with my clients and gaining their trust assure me that I am doing my job properly and drives me to work harder.
Diligent – Aside from my fieldwork, I allocate some of my time to do research on current market situations and update myself with the latest processes of the authorities and Developers for me to be able to provide sound advice to my clients who are looking to purchase or sell properties.
Empathic – When I deal with a client I always put myself in my client’s shoes. This helps me to understand and try to share the client’s thought process from their own perspective which is a way for me to balance a deal and make sure that the parties involved have equal gains in the transaction.
Above all else, I and my colleagues always treat our clients like family. At EnSky we always build and were always able to build a long term relationship with our clients that is a result of our utmost service and professionalism.
What is the ONE piece of advice you’d give to agents who are new in the market or are struggling to close their deals?
Be persistent in everything you do. Your persistence may not have immediate results BUT the fruit of your persistence will always be worth it, whatever it may be.
For example, regularly call that owner who always keeps changing his mind on selling the property, one day you will be amazed he will be the one person to give you an excellent deal.
How long have you been using Property Finder? What are the THREE key benefits you see from being Property Finder’s client, and how do you use them to your advantage, as an agent?
I’ve been using Property Finder since I joined the real estate arena last 2016. For me the following points are what I found beneficial and advantageous using Property Finder:
- The far reach of marketing through Property Finder helped me in finding good and solid leads for my listings. I also make sure publishing my excellent deals in PF to attract traffic for my listings to be sold fast.
- I use PF to check the current prices and availability of properties in the market. As part of my research which I mentioned earlier, the ads in PF helped me to negotiate with my clients, give advice to clients, and keep up with our competitors.
- Lastly, I found reporting the fake ads helpful which promotes honesty and fair play in attracting clients.
What does winning the Outstanding Agent award mean to you, and why would you recommend others to enter?
Winning the Outstanding Agent Award does not only apply to me but to my whole company as well because this award is the fruit and appreciation for our teamwork, hard work, and collective efforts to close all the deals successfully. This is not only good exposure for myself but to our company as a whole. To be proclaimed as an outstanding agent is a great platform to tell the world of our services and the great customer experience that we offer.
