Congratulations! Tell our audience about your latest achievement which helped you win this month’s Outstanding Agent for Dubai award.
Momentum was on my side and I was lucky with the timing of the deals. When you’re in the happy zone, everything falls in place. The total value of the SALE deals I closed over the last month is AED 53,170,413. We were also honoured by Emaar with AED 500,000 for fresh starts.
Tell our audience what sets you apart from other agents and why should they call YOU when looking for a property in Dubai?
Real estate is my life. I live, breathe and eat real estate. It’s my passion. I like to get into the buyer’s shoes and think from his point of view and make a decision based on his bank balance. I create a case and present it, either to accept or delay his decision. Rejection is not an option.
What is the ONE piece of advice you’d give to agents who are new in the market or struggling to close deals?
Sleep well and work hard – love your work and don’t do it for free. Learn to say no.
What are the THREE key benefits of being Property Finder’s client? How do you use them to your advantage as an agent?
The benefits are leads, leads and leads. I would advise agents to utilise Property Finder’s tools more scientifically and it will work wonders (such as check the click through ratios, competitor listings, comparative analysis, etc). Most agents are lazy and don’t even do these simple tasks.
What does winning the Outstanding Agent award mean to you? Why would you recommend others to enter the competition?
I feel a sense of accomplishment today. A trophy in the cabinet is always a good feeling. If you don’t win the award twice, it’s called a fluke. So, the pressure is now on me to win again.
