From working at his family petrol station, to coordinating art exhibitions, Raed Hamze then went on to set up his own real estate firm, Sky Land Middle East Properties. A goal he had set himself to achieve by the age of 40, at the age of 36 he’s doing just that. Raed lives with his wife and little son Rony in Abu Dhabi, he says he lives his life by two words: honesty and knowledge, something he continually shows his son.What do you think contributed to your success on this deal? The success on this deal was created by a positive and confident attitude. Having this mentality pushes me forward to get a particular level of results.What do you think makes a good agent in the UAE market? Give one very specific example in your work as an agent when you exemplified hustle, transparency, and integrity. First of all, I would like to describe myself an agent and at the same time managing partner of the company. I have been trained for the past 14 years to always be positive and armed to offer solutions to the customers’ needs. Being specific in communication, honesty, and reputation, and post-sale are the main points that keeps our work transparent. If you could ask UAE’s Ministry of State for Happiness for one thing, what would you request? An easier transition when moving to the UAE, many expats feel lonely and have financial strains, I would ask that this is taken into consideration and they are helped.
