Two separate stories in the press today take a look at the most popular areas for sales and rental activity in Dubai. The National focuses on the villa sales market and reveals that demand is high in high-quality sought-after areas such as Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills and Arabian Ranches. In terms of sales, it appears that pockets of the villa sector are outperforming the apartment market which is still suffering from oversupply.
In the rental market however, demand for apartments remains strong. Emirates 24|7 reports that the most hot areas for rentals include the ever-popular Dubai Marina, The Greens, Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay and Downtown.
