Security Deposit
- AED 500 for both the individual and business.
- Government agencies are excluded from the security deposit, but shall still pay for the delivery charges and consumption charges.

- AC Charging: AED 0.7 per kWh + VAT
- DC Charging: AED 1.2 per kWh + VAT
For guest users, who are not account holders, the prices will depend on the charge duration and type of charger:
- Wallbox/Public (22 kW): AED 8.09 for 30 minutes
- Fast Charger 50 kW AC: AED 15.80 for 30 minutes
