For instance, there is a strict rule that items must not be piled up or spread on the floor. They have to be organised on racks, tables, and plastic boxes or bags. Also, each table gets 0.5 metres to the left and right to display items, and it gets 1 metre in front of it for the same purpose.

  • Head to the Dubai Flea Market website, choose “Events
  • Find the event you want to participate in, and then choose “Book a Stall” 
  • Click on “Add a Table” and continue to check out 
  • Enter your billing details, personal details, and payment details
    • Table price: AED 304,50, including VAT 
  • Once you continue and proceed with payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you 
  • Now, you have purchased a stall which includes a rectangular table, table cover, 2 chairs, and a gazebo with lights 

Keep in Mind 

Now that you have booked your stall at the flea market. There are a few notes that you must be familiar with. These notes include set up time, what comes with your stall and others. 

  • Stall set-up timings are from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, so make sure to be on time. 
  • Selling times are listed previously, which are from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. 
  • The registration and vendor entrance is at Zabeel Park Gate 2. 
  • Zabeel Park Gates number 1, 2, and 3 are for visitors. 
  • Note that last-minute cancellations or no-shows are not refunded. 
  • Cancellations must be 48 before the event. The refund would be in the amount of AED 15 or the option to shift to upcoming events. 
  • The provided gazebo is only shaded from the sun. It is banned from being used to hang or showcase merchandise. 
  • Pack your goods safely in bags or boxes, and use the event’s trolly to transfer your stuff safely. 
  • Individual sellers are not recommended. At least 2 sellers are required per table 
  • 2 racks are given per table for clothes stands. 
  • Table, cloth, chairs, and gazebo must be returned in perfect condition for the event.
