  • Insert the DEWA contract number or UAE Pass. (It is a 10-digit number).

  • Once you’ve completed the payment, choose the date and time you want to move out. 

Without Login:

  • Those people who do not have the login information can disconnect the DEWA service by following the steps outlined below:
  • Visit the DEWA app or website, and look for the Apply Online without the login button in the sidebar.
  • Enter your DEWA premises number (9 digits) and DEWA Contract Account number. 
  • You will receive a one-time password via your registered mobile number or email address.
  • The next stage requires you to settle all Outstanding DEWA bills from the previous tenant.
  • Next, you will be asked to select the date and time you intend to quit the space, as well as the method of return for the security deposit.
