DEWA bill (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority bill) is based on your apartment size and how much water and electricity you use. On average, you can expect to pay around AED 600.
If anyone doesn’t pay DEWA bills on time, services might be disconnected 14 days after the due date. Before cutting off the services, DEWA will send you 3 reminders. In case your services are disconnected, they can be reconnected after 4 hours of bill payment.
