- Copy of the contracting agreement.
- Authenticated copy of the marketing contract.
- The initial unified form (a form provided by the Department).
Documents Required
The following are the enlisted documents required by the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department:
- Copy of the title deed (in the name of the Commercial Licence).

You must pay AED 1,020.50 to complete the property-buying procedure. Also, you must receive the receipt from the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department.
