The Jumeirah mosque is located in Jumeirah 1 opposite the Dubai Marine Beach Resort and Spa. It is said that it is the most photographed mosque in all of Dubai. The mosque is a modern-day tribute to medieval Fatimid architecture, complete with pure-white minarets and domes. The UAE’s only Iranian mosque, Iranian Mosque also known as Imam Hussein Mosque is located on the Al Wasl Street, next to Iranian Hospital, in Jumeirah. Its intricately designed structure reflects Persian architectural style. A striking characteristic of its outer walls is azure blue coloured faience tiles embellished with intricate floral motifs as well as curvilinear twirls in a riot of colours like red, green, yellow, and white. 3- AL FAROOQ OMAR IBN AL KHATTAB MOSQUE – UMM SUQUEIM Photo credits: Bilal Ismail
The mosque is located in Al Safa 1 opposite Al Safa park. The Al Farooq Omar Bin Al Khattab Mosque also known as Blue Mosque, can accommodate 2,000 worshipers and is considered one of the UAE’s largest mosques and the third of its kind to open its doors to non-Muslims The inscriptions in the mosque are Ottoman inscriptions inspired by the Blue Mosque in Istanbul and had an Andalusian touch. The external architecture is based on the Sultan Ahmed Mosque in Istanbul, known as the Blue Mosque for the thousands of Iznek tiles that colour its interior walls and arches. About Umm Suqueim
- Location: Umm Suqeim is located in western Dubai, along the Jumeirah beach coastline. Umm Suqeim comprises three sub-communities including: Umm Suqeim 1, 2 and 3.

The mosque is located in Al Barsha 1 behind Mall of the Emirates and was opened in July 2014 by His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. Its capacity is of 1,500 worshippers and its interior designs and Islamic collections reflect the spirit of Emirati architecture mixed with the Andalusian and Ottoman architectures.

Also known as the ‘Green Mosque’, Khalifa Al Tajer is said to be the first eco-friendly mosque in the Islamic world, after opening in Port Saeed in July. It’s 100 percent environmentally friendly, with energy-saving LED lights, solar panels to power the battery storage systems and water heaters, as well as a climate control system to regulate the air-conditioning units according to prayer times and number of visitors.
