The propertyfinder.ae Broker Education Training Seminars are extremely popular events that are hosted quarterly in different emirates in the form of interactive seminars for real estate agents. The seminars focus on efficient customer service in the real estate sector and always attract an impressive turnout.
How to best answer customer enquiries? How to conduct a result-driven viewing? How to convert an enquiry into a deal? These questions and many more are answered by our dedicated training experts during each session.
The second propertyfinder.ae Broker Education Training Seminar in Abu Dhabi took place on 30th March 2016 in the beautiful Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, a beachfront five-star hotel with unrivalled views of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The event brought together more than 80 professionals from the real estate sector in the UAE’s capital. We were glad to see a diverse array of participants, from sales and leasing agents to general managers, from administrative coordinators to marketing managers. More than 37 leading Abu Dhabi real estate companies were represented at the event.
The event began with a 30-minute networking lunch, where delegates socialised with fellow industry professionals and the propertyfinder.ae team while enjoying a delicious buffet and beverages.
The seminar commenced with an opening speech from Paul Spargo, Commercial Director at propertyfinder.ae, who gave a brief overview of his successful career at Zoopla, the second leading property listings company in the UK, and reviewed the property market and portal landscape. Paul’s presentation strongly focused on the marketing of properties in the digital age and the customer care best practice.
After a short coffee break, Lauren Mae, our Client Liaison Manager, continued the seminar with an insightful presentation on producing quality listings and maximising propertyfinder.ae membership. The attendees learned the recipe for a successful lead-generating property listing and also how to achieve the best quality score for each property advertised on the portal.
We truly appreciate the time and effort given by participants who attended our Broker Education Training Seminar. We would also like to thank everyone who filled in our post-event survey. The feedback we received has been both motivating and enlightening. We are delighted to see that all participants enjoyed the seminar and have benefited from the networking sessions and presentations.
