Other Things to Note
Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.

The Neighbourhood
Downtown Dubai is the dynamic hub of this burgeoning young city, filled with the region's biggest and the world’s greatest attractions such as The Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destination, The Dubai Fountain, the world’s tallest performing fountain and of course the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa.
