• Water Supply: Connected to the main water network, with an additional 30m³ water storage tank installed
• Sewage and Stormwater Drainage: Connected to the central sewage and stormwater drainage system
• Warehouse Fencing: Paladin fence installed around the warehouse perimeter
• Access Gates: Two access gates provided—one designated for cars and the other for trucks
• Fire Safety Systems:
• Sprinkler firefighting system with a dedicated pump station and GRP water tank
• Fire alarm system with installed addressable detectors
• Voice evacuation system
• Smoke extraction hatches
• Provision for connection to the Abu Dhabi Monitoring and Control Center (ADMCC), with all necessary equipment installed on-site
