Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT)

Community Overview Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), has gained itself a reputation as being an affordable alternative to Dubai Marina. The community houses around 60,000 residents. The area’s three-tower cluster design is set around four lakes, some with views over Dubai Marina or the Emirates Hills’ golf courses. Landscaping and roads are now complete and the district offers waterfront living for its residents. Location JLT’s glistening towers along Sheikh Zayed Road across from Dubai Marina are hard to miss. Follow signs at exit 32 or 29 depending on whether you are heading to the north or south of the community. Two metro stations, JLT and Dubai Marina give the option of a car-less life, connecting you to the Mall of the Emirates, ‘old Dubai’ and the airport. Ibn Battuta Mall is just next door, Marina Mall across the road and it takes only 10 minutes to the Mall of the Emirates or the beach at JBR. Dubai Marina metro station serves the north and Jumeirah Lakes Towers station the south of JLT.
